Baby William is a super hero!

New parents Sarah and George with Baby William in November, 2011. Celebrating their new house!
Gorgeous day for a climb in the Gunks. We spent one of the last nice days this season at Mohonk Preserve, which is in Shawangunk Ridge, a very popular climbing destination in the Appalachian Mountains, 90 miles (140 km) north of New York City,
Loved this shot of our dog Penny cuddled up into Rory’s climbing gear this weekend.
On a slightly cloudy afternoon, which quickly turned a bit cold once the sun started going down, I managed to grab a few interesting views into the valley. Hope you enjoy!
I had the pleasure of being hired to photograph a public event at the Newark Public Library this month, featuring keynote speaker Mayor Corey Booker. Here are a few of my favorite shots of the mayor from that event.

I pulled this video together from some of my very favorite friends and family photos. The occasion was to celebrate a moment in time (right now) before everything changes.
A custom video for my photoshoot with Baby Abigail, Summer 2011. Enjoy!
A video with a Christmas theme: photos of Ryan, Amber + Aiden on the beach in Seaside Park NJ. Enjoy!
As my irises adjusted, I started to see movement and fur: a few couches, a love-seat here or there that seemed relaxed and breathing slowly somehow, a television screen blocked by two pairs of ears across the room, counter tops with fluffy paws resting on them… and finally I took in that there were about eighteen warm, fuzzy bodies laying around on comfortable couches, sofas, loveseats, or just the floor next to the fireplace.
Family time in the snow, 2010.
I am happy to report that we are home now from a trip up into New England that was treacherous at its worst, cold enough to freeze our noses at best.
I did get my driver to pull the car aside a few times so I could capture the majestic mountains at distances equal to that of the heavens. That, and a few horses. Enjoy.
For those of us who are less winter-go-lucky (or problematically asthmatic), there was the spa escape of a mountain resort, an adventure spent dog-sledding in Eden, and the day we all went snow shoeing up in Smuggler’s Notch. We’d done this same hike last year, and so I took the opportunity to lag behind, nurse my winter lungs, and take a few glorious shots in the woodsy surround.
As the weather gets colder the only solace we can take is in time spent well with friends and family… and, of course, ice skating wolf-dogs that warm our hearts.
A sample of indoor photography from a penthouse luxury condo in Downtown Brooklyn. This is from one of my new wide angle lenses.
Out for a hike with the dogs we like best.
