She’s inspired me to build cat toys under a psuedonym.
She’s got wise eyes despite her frantic tendency toward frenzy.
I mean, keep in mind the mindset of kittens.
The first by Amy Butler (textile designer and writer for ‘Country Living’ magazine), and the second by Wendy Mullin (of the clothing line ‘Built by Wendy’). Both tomes tote lots of patterns and easy-to-follow, pleasantly thought-out illustrations. Now I just need new pinking shears to crimp and shine.
Here I will be posting about my thrifting, sewing, writing, photography, and music projects. Very soon I will be opening up a distro featuring music, zines, crafts, and vintage clothing at gogodistro.com, but this is all a work in progress as of yet.
